HELLO, I'M LAURYN. I am a graphic designer and yoga instructor from the Midwest with a BFA from Iowa State University. I am passionate about the intersection of creativity, human behavior, and meaningful experiences—whether that is through crafting the identity of a brand or creating intentional spaces for connection and movement.
I am intrigued by the scientific study of the mind and behavior and love exploring how design, storytelling, wellness, and mental health shape the way we experience the world around us. Outside of my creative work and yoga practice, I have a deep love for travel, embracing new experiences, and learning from the people and places that expand my perspective. I am always seeking opportunities for growth, connection, and a deeper understanding of what makes us human.
